Thank you gym for being my safe space 💗 1st pic: a time where I wasn’t really doing my best and was lost really with who I was Dance will and always be true and dear to my heart, I will still dance here and there but my heart is with the gym now. The gym has gotten me out of so many ruts, it is a place I can spend hours at to get my mind off things and become stress free. Working towards new goals at the gym always gets me excited. That feeling of empowerment after hitting a PR or getting through a tough session makes my soul happy. It reminds me that putting in work can lead to great successes not just in the gym but with life as well. As @darcsport says NFGU - never F’n give up!
