TEAM. . I love these people. . I was joking with a friend the other day that I have not locked my warehouse and HQ in probably close to 18 months. When I walk through our warehouse I need help finding things because the team is constantly re-organizing and leveling up for us to fit new product and inventory. . I may be the face of this brand (for now) but these troops are the ones that make the magic happen. They are the ones that hand write notes on all your orders. They are the ones they put the extra goodies in to make sure you guys are taken care of. They are the ones that represent and embody this brand. . I’m grateful for all of them. A majority of the people you see in this picture have been with me since the beginning. They have seen me smile, laugh, get frustrated and lose my damn mind countless times as we have worked hard to grow this company! . I don’t care what anybody tells you, I don’t care how easy anybody makes it look, I don’t care what people say about success, the truth is it comes with a price, and scaling a business is not easy. . But it’s worth it. . A great team makes it worth it. . People you can trust and rely on make it worth it. . I just want to recognize my team today and let them know how grateful I am for them how much I appreciate working with them. How much I appreciate them putting up with all my shit. .
