✨Do What You Can✨
Some days don’t go according to plan, so we just have to do what we can.
Since it’s summer, I’m lucky enough to sometimes have my little with me during the day. However, this means I can’t always get in the type of workout that I normally would. I took iadvantage of the space we had at the park, and while Emma played with Cooper, I was able to get in a good sweat. This is a quick and easy workout that you can do with no weights, and still get in!
I’ve never done walking reverse lunges before, and baby, 😳 this workout had me sore the next day. Give it a try and tell me how you do!
Quick Work:
- 5 x 20 Walking Lunges (10/side)
- 4 x 20 Walking Reverse Lunges (10/side)
- 6 x 20 Side Steps (3 xs each direction)
-2 x 15 Deadlift to Sumo Squat
- 2 x 15 Banded Jump Squats
- 2 x 10 - 4 Standing Knee Up to Elbow Twist + 4 Jumping Jacks
Btw, We started and ended with a walk to the park which totaled about 1.25 miles round-trip. Add it in as a warm-up and cool down, if you have a time. 😉
