This week was hard man. I cried about everyday, due to lack of energy, feeling like nobody is happy, hearing thor cry for nothing, etc. A mom on here told me that she feels exploited at times and I thought that was such a good word to describe motherhood for me. The ugly side of it. Especially if you’re nursing, it can feel like exploitation because you never get to decide when you get to have a break. Sure, i chose to nurse, just as I chose to have my kids but that doesn’t mean its not fucking hard and draining at times. I crave my me time so so much. Am I complaining? Maybe. But even if so why is complaining seen as something bad ? I mean we all have our struggles, why do we have to keep it all in ? we’re humans just like our kids. And if I know something it’s that they complain A LOT. Lol Ps: going from 1 to 2 is harder than from 0 to 1. Just my opinion haha. Ok that was my slice of motherhood realness. 🫶🏽
