@Neto Craves’ Veggie Scramble with Hot Chili Oil Ingredients – 2 JUST Egg bottles – 1 tbsp sesame oil – 11⁄2 cups spinach – 1⁄2 red bell pepper – 1⁄4 shallot – 1⁄4 cup cilantro & green onions – salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste – chili oil to taste Instructions 1. In a hot pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil, sauté your diced shallots and red bell pepper for 3-5 min on medium-high heat. 2. Add in spinach and cook for 1-2 min. 3. Add in your JUST Egg, and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir for a few minutes until it’s thoroughly cooked. 4. Before serving, add your cilantro and green onions and stir.
