A Tea for Celebrating 🎆🧞‍♀️🪷🫧🎐 I made this tea for myself after one of the most exciting life developments to date came to be. It felt like the culmination, and beginning, of all of my work thus far. My work on myself, in living, in being in the way that I strive to be all of the time, all of the days, for all of this life. Signing the contract was both the final step in a journey I’ve been on since childhood, and the start of the journey to come. There’s no less work to be done ahead, but knowing that now I’m the closest to my truest expression that I’ve ever been, I feel so proud, very excited, and like CELEBRATING. When I make tea, it’s intuitive. I don’t measure (but remember I’m a trained professional) and simply grab what feels right. What herbs fit the mood, how do I feel, how do they feel, and of course, how do they look. Many of the recipes for Supernatural Cafe were developed this way initially, as well as those in our online shop. I start from feel and then whittle it down with details based on who it’s for and where it’s going. A snapshot of the creative process, which is where I most love to be. And that’s exactly what the next chapters are about.
