I woke up today feeling hopeful. The weather felt a touch cooler today and fall is right around the corner. But then, as I was editing this photo, I realized how many ingredients we will lose with the season. At least root veggie season is ahead! Pictured: grilled peach panzanella - sourdough, massaged rainbow kale, burrata (torn of course), heirloom cherry tomato, some of this, some of that.
