New year, same me — just moving with a little more intention and a lot more strength. Right now, I’m letting my training reflect where I actually am. Powerlifting is still very much in the mix, shorter runs will be getting extra love right now (basically anything under 13.1 miles), and I’m building a foundation that supports what’s next. Full marathon training will be back later this year — late spring into summer — right on time. Plus, I’m tapping back into my culinary roots and shake off that writer’s block. I’m hoping to drop some recipes, blurbs and more. I’ll share more within the next week. January also kicks off my first HYROX in Phoenix, and I’m excited to see what this next chapter looks like in motion.
