July 14th is #internationalnonbinarypeoplesday - a day of awareness and advocacy in support of the #NonBinary community. In 2021, 595 Non-Binary people reached out to Rainbow Railroad from around the world to request assistance. Our data shows that, when seeking our help, Non-Binary people were uniquely at risk to mental health concerns, risk of violence, and rejection from their families. Today, and every day, we stand in solidarity with the global Non-Binary community and Non-Binary people all around the world as they advocate for the right to live freely, openly and authentically. We are proud to be a part of the global fight for a world free from persecution for #LGBTQI+ people.
