✨Hike & Bands✨ There’s nothing I love more than to get outside and hike up a hill. Save this workout to pump up your hike, burn extra calories and build strength. All you need is a mountain and a band. I used the heavy, black band for this workout. Do these 2-3 Xs: 20 - Side Stutter Steps (Great for warming up the glutes. Be sure to keep the knees opening.) 15 Squats 15 Curtsy Squats 10 Jump Squats 20 Push-ups on an incline (I used the back of the bench.
