The Final Countdown! 🍾 🥳 THE FINAL COUNTDOWN⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 1.5 parts Gray Whale Gin⁠ .75 parts Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice⁠ .75 parts Cinnamon-guava syrup⁠ 2 droppers Fig-cinnamon Bitters⁠ 4 parts Champagne⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ Add Gray Whale Gin, lemon juice, and cinnamon-guava syrup into a shaker tin, add ice, and short shake for about 5 seconds. Double strain into a chilled flute, top with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon peel and sprig of thyme.⁠ ⁠ To make cinnamon-guava syrup:⁠ Quarter 10 guavas and place in a large pot. Add enough water to cover fruit. Cook on medium for about 30 minutes or until guavas are soft. Pour liquid and fruit through a fine strainer pressing juice from guavas.
