Two years ago we put this up in the middle of East London but I honestly wish we’d kept it up for the past two years. It’s ok to find this week tough. It’s just a week. It will end. Instagram will go back to making you feel bad about your body and not making you feel bad about not being “Christmassy enough”. Covid doesn’t take a break for Christmas but unfortunately mental illness doesn’t either. Put on your PJs. Zone out. This week will end 💙💙💙💙💙
