Since being mostly plant based, I’ve gotten used to packing and bringing my own food when options are limited. Here are a few tips to help you stay on track: 1. Inform you host of your dietary needs, and see if there are options that will satisfy you. 2. Bring your own food/snacks. It could be just a few things to “beef” up the options presented. 3.
