🍗super simple chicken wing recipe 👇👇 Save this video for your next meal inspiration! 👶these are such a fun way to get quality protein into your meals - adults & kids will devour them! 👩‍🍳 the best part is it only takes a few minutes of hands on effort 🧄 and 9 simple ingredients (you probably have most in your fridge) You’ll need: * 2lbs pasture raised chicken wings (I used @pasturebird) * 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt * 1 tablespoon baking powder (without aluminum, i like @bobsredmill) * 2 tablespoons butter * 1⁄4 cup maple syrup * 1⁄4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos * 3 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced * 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or finely minced * 1 tablespoon red chili flakes 1️⃣Dry wings thoroughly. In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with the sea salt and baking powder. 2️⃣Add to a baking sheet and cook at 425F for 30 minutes. Flip and cook for another 20-30 minutes until cooked through. 3️⃣While the wings cook, in a saucepan combine the butter, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes. 4️⃣Remove the wings from the oven, cover in the sauce, then return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes.
