✨Vacation Workout✨ You don’t have to fall off while on vacation. Here are a few tips to help you stay the course: 1. Pack your favorite workout gear. For some reason it’s just more fun to sweat in your cutest workout set or the leggings that make your buns look amazing. 2. Pre plan your workouts. Save a few workouts from your favorite instructors that are quick, easy and require little to no equipment. If you happen to have access to dumbbells, try the workout I saved from @jadakellyfit, in the reel above. 3. Knock it out early. Morning workouts give a great energy boost, and allow you to enjoy the rest of your day guilt free with a feeling of accomplishment.
