Pasta, lots of pasta as of late. Seems a good shout with the changing weather. I mean it’s always a good shout tbf. All hand rolled and cut somewhere in between pici, spaghetti, tagliatelle. Simple tomato with basil and confit garlic. Basil pesto with extra thick version of pasta 👌🏻. Then chopped through the noodles to make smaller sections. A poor man’s Ligurian pesto trofie I guess 🍝🌿
