For some reasons I was sooooo stuck on making salmon fritters as an app but I was even more stuck on how I wanted to can my own salmon for the fritter (because my mom love using that canned pink salmon for her salmon cakes) so what did I do? Texted @preservingthesouth & asked for a canning 1-on-1 lesson! And we did that shit!
