Workers wages and benefits have increased, employee training programs have been improved, and there is better teamwide communication, particularly because workers now feel comfortable to express themselves and share their point of view directly with managers. He says he has even seen interest rising among his coworkers to eat organic, now understanding its impact on their families, their health, and our environment. "With all the changes that have taken place, I see people are now happy to come to work and happy doing their jobs. I’d love the ROC to continue to grow, and spread their program to other vineyards.
