making dubai chewy cookie (두바이 쫀득 쿠키) correctly!!! thank you everyone for your suggestions - i made sure to chill everything, added milk powder and oiled my gloves! some thoughts: • i understand why stores charge $8-10 for this lol it takes so much effort • use more butter than me so the marshmallow doesn’t stick to your pan as much as mine • use more pistachio paste than you think you need, otherwise it won’t hold its shape as well • use nonstick pans & mats • idk if milk powder did anything, you can probably skip if you don’t have it • make sure to put the final products in the fridge before enjoying it! it helps the texture idk if i’ll ever make this again 🤣 #dubaichewycookie #두바이쫀득쿠키
