I’m gonna run like the wind 💨 I’ve never been too keen on that toxic pre-med or medical student culture. I’m not even going to sit around and listen to it. I’ll get up and leave. K, bye! This isn’t to say there isn’t a constructive way to talk about our grades and scores. Honestly, in medical school it’s helpful to cultivate your study habits, resources and plan from an upperclassmen who is doing well. But that toxic one up, selfishly ambitious, competitive culture is not helpful or cute. I’m sure this happens with other undergrad majors, in law school, in business school, etc. Has this every been your experience?
