Kinda weird how some Martini drinkers act like “too much vermouth” is a bad thing 🤔 Obviously, you can and should drink what you enjoy– so you can make your drinks the way you like them. BUT if you don’t enjoy vermouth, it’s quite possible that you haven’t tried good vermouth. A good 50/50 Martini (half vermouth, half gin) is exquisite 🤌 50/50 Martini – 11⁄2 oz Vermouth (I’m using Oscar. 697) 11⁄2 oz Gin 2 dashes Orange bitters Lemon peel Stir with ice.
