NMAM organizes and hosts an annual conference for the state's museum professionals every year and has also undergone an intensive strategic planning process. Let's not forget the cool new initiatives launched this year: a brand new emerging museum professionals committee, a mentorship program, weekly brown bag presentations...and much more to come! If you are interested in being a part of the museum landscape in New Mexico and collaborating with amazing colleagues, please consider running for office.
