"Night and Day," an exhibition of new paintings by Y.Z. Kami, opens on January 17 at Gagosian, 555 West 24th Street, New York. Join us for the opening from 6 to 8pm! The works in the show include the portrait paintings that have been at the center of Kami's practice for more than three decades. Each of the large-scale painted portraits depicts a single face in muted colors on an opaque ground.
