A little fitness inspo for today because it's Monday and we set intentions for the week👌🏻Here are some things I'm doing lately to bump up my fitness game.
Workout mix between @theritual.la and my at home @thesculptsociety classes. I'm trying to add in more cardio so walking on walking pad or walks outside. Just staying active as always but even more than usual!
Diet is everything! You workout all day long but if what's going into your body isn't optimal for you goals you won't see results. Trying to add as much protein into my meals. @flavcity , eggs, Parmesan, spinach and lots of veg, whipped cottage cheese is a gamechanger for me. I add it in eggs, cottage cheese pizza (recipe in my feed)..chia pudding and prepping as much for the week as possible. Wash your fruit and veg, prep some jars of healthy Greek yogurt parfaits or chia pudding. Whole Foods. I love a pot of soup for the week like lentil soup. High in so many vitamins and filling plant protein. Lmk if I should share the recipe.
Make your coffee a treat. I love it as a dessert mid day. I look forward to it all day. Make some healthy treats for the week. Pomegranate chocolate bark (in feed) is my fave lately. @fruitriot is fun! Find the things you enjoy. Life is too short to even feel deprived.
Wherever you work out make it a vibe so that you enjoy it. It shouldn't be torture at all. Go with friends. Find what you love. And just make it part of your life.
I'm about funding the joy and making fitness and eating well party if your life. This truly the only and best way to see long term and long lasting results!
