Growth in the mundane One of the biggest things I've learned in this season is that growth doesn't have to come in the big life changing, ground shaking moments...but also in the simple, the day to day, the mundane. Yet in order to grow in these simple moments, I must have a heart ready to learn (even when it takes time), eyes open to notice what the Lord is doing (even when it seems insignificant), and a life willing to surrender (even when it's not my plan). And that's not easy. Especially when my heart's devotion is divided, my eye's focus is distracted, and my life's center is myself. But in the moments I've stopped and noticed, stopped and listened, stopped and rested, the Lord has shown me more and more. 🌼🌷🌿
