One of the most personal songs on my album is “No”. It was created during a time where I felt like I lost my voice, where my words didn’t matter & were most definitely not taken seriously, so they remained unsaid. I felt so burnt out by this industry and by the circumstances surrounding me that it started taking over my mental state. I lost my sense of self, self worth & any confidence I had left. Creating this song with @davynathan & @krystayoungs gave me my courage back. Thank you Urbana Chappa & @philsmeeze for introducing me to these two incredible people that helped turn my pain into art.
