A day of vegan food—a lot of random leftovers and dinner at the new @avantgardenbistro_la ✨ I woke up really late this day so I ate a quick late breakfast of tempeh bacon on sourdough with some tofu cream cheese. Surprisingly good although it sounds like a random combo! Also enjoyed a matcha latte with oat milk and I always take my @ritual multivitamin and synbiotic with my latte. Lunch was another fridge find of leftover Sweet Potato Leek Soup from the blog. I’m obsessed with this soup and have made it every week since publishing the recipe! Really good with crackers, I’ve been into @moonshotsnacks sourdough crackers lately. Dinner was a full spread at Avant Garden Bistro, the new LA version of the original @avantgardennyc in New York. I have always loved their caesar so I must admit that it was one of my fave dishes alongside the avocado on crispy rice with carrot ginger dressing.
