I’m at the gym doing barbell Romanian deadlifts, but you can easily substitute dumbbells for barbells. That’s what we do with our lower body exercises for people at home without barbells. The keys are the same in both cars: 1) keep the back flat by contracting the and and back muscles 2) keep the arms locked throughout 3) keep the feet flat on the floor 4) drive the hips back as far as possible feeling a good stretch in the glutes and hamstrings Some obvious errors that we make when we are getting started is to round the back, let the dumbbells travel away from the body and using the back instead of the legs to do the work.
