Hey there! 👋 I see a lot of new followers and I wanted to introduce myself! My name is Winnie and I’m the founder of Smoke Queen Barbecue. I’m a mother of two, wife of one, trained pastry chef, entrepreneur and most recently self-taught Pit Madam. I’m by no means at the level that I hope one day I will be (but that’s the fun part of bbq, there’s always room for improvement!!!) I’ve never tasted Texas barbecue in Texas but I love the central Texas bbq technique so I pay homage to this craft by putting my own spin to it in my 500 gallon and 1000g offset smokers made by @sg_metal_works.
