10 exercises you can do anywhere!🚘
even as many of us are on the go this holiday season, we can often still find 5 feet of space & 10 minutes for a bit of movement to change the trajectory of our days📈 as a Certified Personal Trainer, I believe that movement is MEDICINE and doesn’t have to be over complicated. grab water bottles for weights, set up by a staircase for step-ups or simply conduct a handful of body weight exercises to break a sweat❤️🔥
since moving back home and in-between starting a new job, I’m likely out of a gym for a month and back to my roots of pandemic workouts in my bedroom🏡 I just did my first workout in a week this morning and feel *revived* to say the least. hopefully you can take a handful of these moves and make movement happen for you, too, even on your busiest days!
