My eating habits haven’t been the best for a while now, but I told myself I need to start fueling my body properly and want to bulk a bit 🙂‍↕️ I start my day with a cup of warm lemon water & a pinch of sea salt to get my body ready for the day. Then usually follow it up with a banana. I’ve been eating my first meal late in the day (12-1pm) but it’s always a well rounded one. 3 eggs, 3 turkey bacon strips (cause protein 🤏🏽), sourdough or another carb, avocado, Greek yogurt and fruit. I eat this daily and never get tired of it. Since I have a late breakfast I don’t really eat lunch, but if I’m hungry I either have a can of tuna or sardines with a carb and avocado. Dinner is usually a heavier meal especially if I didn’t have a lunch. I like to switch it up but make sure to include more protein. I drink water with all meals except for breakfast where I’ll have some orange juice. I’m not a big snacker at all and I don’t enjoy protein shakes so it makes it harder to meet my protein needs. I’m getting much better though cause I was only eating 1-2 meals a day and definitely more carbs than protein. I’m not counting macros or anything right now, just trying to get a good baseline.
