I wrote this little piece last night and wasn’t going to post it until a friend of mine seemed to really take away some good things from it... So here it is.. Disclaimer: I’m never wanting to shame anyone struggling with mental health- you are brave and need all the support in the world !!!!!!! but part of the cycle of abuse is truly kicked off by our inability to see through the vale of toxic people. It can come in many forms. Some of which are acceptable in society, some even encouraged. It is certainly not something that is gender specific or even cultural.
