CRISPY PARMESAN + RANCH POTATOES• -these crispy potatoes were recently trending/going viral + i just had to try- with a little twist that is. If you’re a potato lover like i am then transforming and changing up the flavors is like unlocking something amazing each time. This recipe is exactly that! The main thing i did a bit differently with them is ranch seasoning- and trust me it is CHEFS KISS good👌🏼 HERE IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO: Set your oven to 400 -1.5 lb bag baby Dutch yellow potatoes ( about 13 pieces halved then scored ) -melt 6 TBSP butter (reserving 2 melted tbsp) -place the melted butter into a baking pan -to it add: 1 tsp garlic paste (or minced), 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, + 1 TBSP ranch seasoning -mix. this should turn into a paste consistency. If it is TOO thick- just a drop of olive oil will do -spread the paste evenly out onto the baking pan and place potatoes faced down on top -with that reserved 2 TBSP butter add in 1 TBSP ranch seasoning. Mix.
