💇‍♀️NON-TOXIC HAIR CARE ROUTINE 👇👇 Save this video if you want to remove some toxic hair care from your routine! this is what I do and works for me. you don’t need to stop using shampoo to be healthy. 🧪but when I transitioned off of birth control, I knew that removing environmental toxins and limiting exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals was important. 💸there are clean options out there, but I like this way better - saves me so much money and time searching for clean hair care. the first clip shows me about 10 days after a wash. when wash time comes around, here’s what I do: 1️⃣1 mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with water to make a paste to use as a wash in the shower - scrub into my scalp 2️⃣apple cider vinegar rinse: - fill a glass bottle with water - put the water in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat, add any herbs you’d like - I like rosemary - strain the herbs then return water to the bottle and add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar I spray this over my whole head and do a nice scalp massage to stimulate circulation You can rinse this out of keep it in and let it dry! I do this process about every 10-15 days. Between those times I rinse with water in the shower whenever needed! 🧴I’ve also been experimenting with a homemade tallow & castor oil moisturizing hair mask.
