[PR Review] I’m From Beet
Energy Ampoule
Key Ingredients: 81.5% Red Beet Extract, Micro Squalane Capsules, Niacinamide, Panthenol, Adenosine & Allantoin
Scentless: No fragrance or EO’s
I thought the Beet line was a little gimmicky since I haven’t been impressed with any of the new releases from I’m From. Surprisingly, the ampoule was a lot better than I thought. The texture is light and watery with a good amount of slip (slightly slimy). The level of hydration and moisture was perfect for my dehydrated skin. It did not leave my skin feeling tight and dry by the end of the day. The Micro Squalane Capsules was what made this ampoule unique. Not only was it deeply hydrating but it also helped with my dryness. It provided a nice touch of moisture without the heaviness. A very good ampoule to achieve the plump, bouncy and dewy looking skin. Overall, I like it.
Refresh Pad
Key Ingredients: 20% Red Beet Extract, Niacinamide, Carrot Root Extract, Apple Fruit Extract, Allantoin, Adenosine, Betaine & Panthenol
Scentless: No Fragrance or EO’s
I prefer these over the I’m From Pear Pads and Soo Beauty Feel Soo Calm Toner Pads. The material is ultra thin and soft, adheres like second skin. These are large size pads, drenched in essence and doesn’t dry too quickly on the skin. My heated skin particularly enjoyed the refreshing/cooling sensation and deep hydration. Provided instant relief and helped soothe irritated skin and redness. The light and watery essence absorbed well without leaving any tackiness. Unlike the ampoule, the pads had no moisture. This might be the better option for oily skin. Overall, I like it.
