Join me on this challenge and test your luck! 😍#SkydancePartner #Luck #recipe #foodie TOMATO JAM 🍅 -2.5kg tomatoes -400g sugar -the juice of half a lemon Boil your tomatoes for 15 minutes, drain and let them cool down for a couple of minutes. Peal them with your hands then chop them roughly. Add your tomatoes into a food processor and mix them for a minute. Filter your tomato mix with a strainer and pour it into a sauce pan over low heat. You should have approximately 800ml of tomato juice. Add sugar (it is half the amount of liquid, so if you have 800ml of tomato juice, you should add 400g sugar) and lemon juice and simmer for at least 1 hour or until thick, stirring occasionally. Add your jam into some sterilised jars (this is very important to prevent the formation of bacteria), leaving 3/4 inch of headroom, cover with a lid and let it cool completely before moving it to the fridge.
