Recording the vocal for ‘Late to the Party’ was a lengthy and challenging process. The lyric is so vulnerable and the arrangement leaves the voice and the heart so exposed...it took me a number of weeks to really find my way into it and feel like the story was being told in the most raw and honest way...warts and all.
