A few of you asked in my DMs, “how did I even find a house I actually wanted & could afford in LA?” N this is how... stalk Zillow everytime you go to a neighborhood you can picture yourself living in. N I mean stalk! Inventory comes & goes every single day. I made my realtor @jordandunson_ life easier by doing a lot of the research & virtual tours online. She would send me recommendations or I would send her places I liked digitally and then she’d take it from there. This isn’t an ad at all. @zillow has no idea who I am at all 😂😂 but I’m definitely go to share more of what worked for me over the next few weeks.
