At home in the Hamptons in September AD’s Style issue with fashion designer Joseph Altuzarra (@altuzarra) his husband Seth Weissman (@sjweissman), a real estate developer, and their two children. “After we got this land, we went off and made our own Pinterest boards and the showed them to each other,” says @josephaltuzarra. “Mine was very Diane Keaton in Something’s Gotta Give. Gambrel rooflines! An ultimate kitchen! Hydrangeas!” Says Weissman, “And mine was a black barn. I’m a minimalist. Those poor architects.” In the end, says Altuzarra, “some of it feels more like me and some feels more like Seth, but overall, it really feels like us.” The couple turned to designer Josh Greene to pull the interiors together (“I had a vision for a pink-hued living room from the very beginning,” says Altuzarra) in a pale palette, with rounded furniture and lots of texture.
