!!️☎️✨⛑️ When training 4 days a week instead of 5-6, it’s important to maximize overall muscle stimulation. Full body workouts are superior because they allow for higher training frequency per muscle group, which supports better growth and strength adaptations. We can also apply more weekly volume and intensity to each muscle while optimizing recovery compared to traditional single-body part splits !!️☎️⛑️
The BUSY AND BUILD program is a harmonious balance of upper body & lower body. We created this program to focus on building a strong FOUNDATION overall- to then move on to other programs feeling strong, confident and WELL ROUNDED!!
If your goal is more fat loss focussed
(a calorie deficit is ideal) be aware muscle building in a deficit will take a lot longer, but can still be done
If your goal is more muscle building/ body recomp (maintenance or even a slight calorie surplus is great)
