An early movement test for the half-finished Larry puppet in COME PLAY, made by The Jim Henson Creature Shop. He wasn’t painted and his legs weren’t molded yet. We practiced some of the important positions and moves he was going to have to perform in the film and made adjustments to the puppet from there. Once the puppet was finished, the puppeteers would rehearse each section on set the day before so when we were filming, they could nail the movement every time. It was always incredible to watch Larry come to life! .
