I’ve got 30+ years of dance and performance experience, 15+ years of teaching experience, and a doctorate in physical therapy with almost 10 years of clinical experience. But I wouldn’t be the dancer I am today without literal DECADES of training in ballet. I’m not here to shame you. We were all beginners once. Together we can break down the steps to build you back up into the strongest and safest dancer you can be, with a deeper knowledge of your own body and how it works to create art in motion.
