AIR-FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS•
-crispy on the outside + juicy on the inside.
here are some TIPS to get them just like this:
-you want to trim off as much excess fat as possible
-pre-heat your air fryer for 5 minutes before you start
-start air frying skin side DOWN first- then flip for the second half of cooking
-let them rest 5-8 minutes
DIRECTIONS:
•Pre heat airfryer (bake mode) on 350 for 5 minutes
-4 pc chicken thighs. Dried well.
-create a seasoning mix: 2 TBSP oil, 1 TBSP garlic paste, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, + the juice of one lemon. Mix
-rub this mixture onto the chicken thighs and place chicken into the airfryer.
•CHANGE THE FUNCTION TO AIR FRY AND INCREASE THE TEMP TO 375
-air fry skin side down for 15 minutes
-flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes (it all depends how small/large your pieces are. Add or deduct time as needed)
-once done, let them rest 5-8 minutes then-
