IQ, which most people are familiar with, stands for intellectual quotient — refers to one’s mental ability EQ stands for emotional quotient — it’s our ability to perceive, control, and express emotions. CQ stands for curiosity quotient — people with higher CQ are more inquisitive and open to new experiences. They generate new ideas and are more tolerant of ambiguity.
