Ogni cosa al suo posto, va pianificato anche l’errore, nel limite del possibile! Quando tutti i compiti sono stabiliti ognuno lavora con meno stress e si ha la mente più lucida per affrontare gli imprevisti che sono all’ordine del giorno! Mi piace ripercorrere esattamente il percorso che faranno gli ospiti così da capire se tutto è armonioso, gli spostamenti sono importanti ma vanno ponderati bene. Bisogna assicurarsi che ci siano prese di corrente (e che siano funzionanti), valutare zona d’ombra per evitare l’uso di ombrelloni (che poco sopporto) e altre mille cose, insomma il mio obiettivo è quello di dare il massimo comfort a voi, ai vostri ospiti e ai fornitori che lavorano all’evento! 🇬🇧 Why are final pre-event inspections crucial? You have to make sure that there are power sockets (and that they are working), assess shaded areas to avoid the use of umbrellas (which I can hardly stand) and a thousand other things.
