Cedar bark harvest for weaving with @peggybranchingout. There’s only a small 2-3 week window in June each year to harvest the cedar bark when all of the sap is running. The trees are not harmed by this process as long as you only take one strip per tree. I’m so grateful to have been taught this process by @peggybranchingout. It’s always such a special time in the magical cedar forest.
