A little try on of the @welovecoco water fresh blush in deep apricot
I had read about how pigmented these are and even when swatching on my hand I didn't realize how pigmented these are. The first time I applied these on my cheeks I used way too much product
The trick is to apply a tiny dot on the back of my hand, blendblend it out to mix the pigmented in, and then use a brush to apply it on my cheeks and blend out. I used a small stipple brush here though I've used it with a regular dense cream blush brush and it also works well.
I'm still testing it out but I find that it's easier to apply a few very light layers, or just one moderate later and then buff it out well. If I try to apply 2 moderately pigmented layers, the second layer will apply patchy.
I do really like these but because they're not exactly and swipe and go blush, it's hard for me to recommend these for an average makeup user. I do want to try another shade that's a little more subtle, because this is the second deepest shade.
Have you tried these?
