How to tell the difference between low and high quality matcha („• ֊ •„) My personal opinion is that matcha is one thing you don’t want to be cheap with—you really get what you pay for. It’s an amazing plant with health benefits but you won’t reap the full benefits or flavour if you’re not drinking a good matcha! Also—if you’ve had a bad experience with matcha, there’s a high chance it was a low quality variety, which tastes extremely different.
