Take your price of service and divide it by the minutes it takes you to do the service. EX: $65 haircut divided by 45 minutes = 1.44 per minute BUT the most IMPORTANT part of this equation is what is your Baseline ppm.. meaning what is the lowest you can be before you stay losing money. And your target ppm which is what we shoot for to increase revenue and grow your biz.
