Balloon and Cigarette Laws Now Available on Surfrider’s Plastic Reduction Policy Map🎈🚬 Last year, the Surfrider Foundation launched its Plastic Reduction Policy Map, the most comprehensive tool of its kind in the nation to visualize and track plastic pollution reduction laws.
